INICIAL E INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA DEL ESTUDIO DE DETALLE DE INICIATIVA
PRIVADA, QUE AFECTA A LA PARCELA URBANA N.º 3 DE LA CALLE JORGE
RUIZ DE SANTAYANA, CALIFICADA COMO SUELO URBANO CONSOLIDADO
POR EL PLAN GENERAL DE ORDENACIÓN URBANA DE ÁVILA, POR EL QUE
SE MODIFICAN LAS DETERMINACIONES DE ORDENACIÓN DETALLADA
SUSTITUYENDO LA ORDENANZA RUI RESIDENCIA UNIFAMILIAR INTENSIVA
POR SER SERVICIOS PRIVADOS.
