DE ÁVILA, RELATIVO A LA APROBACIÓN DEFINITIVA DE LA MODIFICACIÓN
PUNTUAL DEL PLAN PARCIAL DEL SECTOR 19 VICOLOZANO II EN EL ÁMBITO DE
LA UNIDAD DE ACTUACIÓN UA-2 DEL PLAN GENERAL DE ORDENACIÓN URBANA
DE ÁVILA.
Mediante el presente se hace público que el Pleno Municipal de este Excmo.
Ayuntamiento adoptó, en sesión celebrada el día veintiséis de abril de dos mil diecinueve, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:
MODIFICACIÓN PUNTUAL DEL PLAN PARCIAL DEL SECTOR 19 VICOLOZANOII
EN EL ÁMBITO DE LA UNIDAD DE ACTUACIÓN UA-2, EN ÁVILA. TRÁMITE DE
APROBACIÓN DEFINITIVA.

Examinado el expediente, resultan los siguientes:
ANTECEDENTES
I. PLANEAMIENTO QUE DESARROLLA Y ÁMBITO DE ACTUACIÓN. La modificación del Plan Parcial del sector 19 Vicolozano II se tramita teniendo en cuenta que el Plan Parcial que se modifica fue aprobado el 25 de abril de 2018 BOP 4/07/2008, el cual lo fue en desarrollo, a su vez, del Plan General de Ordenación Urbana de Ávila aprobado definitivamente por Orden de la Consejería de Fomento de 1 de junio de 2005
BOCyL 8/06/05, modificado puntualmente por Orden de 11 de mayo de 2007 BOP
n.º129 de4.7.2007, en relación con lo dispuesto en el artículo 450.1 del Reglamento de Urbanismo de Castilla y León RUCyL.
