CCC Cotton Bulletin 1 is hereby amend ed by adding 427.634 to read as follows:
427.634 Basic loan rates for farm stored upland cotton. The base loan rates applicable to Middling White 15Aqinch upland cotton, under Commodity Credit Corporations 1955 Cotton Loan Program, are as follows:
