WHEREAS the Saint Lawrence Sea way Development Corporation, created by the act of May 13, 1954, 68 Stat. 92, has, under authority of the said act, caused to be made and has adopted a corporate seal; and WHEREAS the Administrator of the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation has recommended th at I
approve such seal, the design of which accompanies and is hereby made a part of this order, and which is described in heraldic terms as follows:
