206.110 Aggregate Investment in Common Trust Fund, a The Board of Governors has been requested to inter pret the following sentence of subpara graph 5 of 206.17 c :
No funds of any trust shall he invested in a participation in a Common Trust Fund if such investment would result in such trust having invested in the aggregate in the Common Trust Fund an amount in excess of 10 percent of the value of the assets of the Common Trust Fund at the time of invest ment, as determined by the trust investment committee, or the sum of $100,000 which ever is less.
