601.176 Purpose. Sections 601.176 to 4030 601.185 state additional specific require 4031 ments which, together with the general requirements contained in the 1953
C. C. C. Grain Price Support Bulletin 1, 4004 18 F. R. 1960, apply to loans and pur 4004 chase agreements under the 1953-Crop 4004 Rice Price Support Program.
601.177 Availability of price sup porta Method of support. Price sup 4005 port will be made available through farm-storage and warehouse-storage loans and through purchase agreements.

c Where to apply. Application for rice support must be made at the 4006 officeprice of the PMA county committee 4006 which keeps the farm-program records for the farm. In the case of eligible Cooperative Marketing Associations of 4008 Producers, application for price support 4006 shall be made in the county where the 4007 main office of the Cooperative Marketing Association of Producers is located or in such other county as the PMA State com 4009 mittee determines the application can be more expeditiously handled.
