By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended 50 U. S. C. App. 2061 et seq., and as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:
S ection 1. Executive Orders No. 10233
of April 21, 1951 16 P. R. 3503, and No.

11257, are hereby revoked.
S ec. 2. Part IV of Executive Order No.
10161 of September 9, 1950 15 P. R.
6105, as amended, is hereby further amended by revoking sections 403 to 410, inclusive, and by inserting after section 402 thereof the following new section 403:
