For the purposes of Title I of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, as amended, average values of efficient family-type farm-management units and investment limits for the counties identified below are determined to be as herein set forthT The average values and investment limits heretofore estab lished for said counties, which appear in the tabulations of average values and investment limits under 311.30, Chap ter III, Title 6 of the Code of Federal Regulations 13 F. R. 9381, are hereby superseded by the average values and investment limits set forth below for said counties.
