MOTOR CARRIER CLAIMS COM M ISSION
Under authority of 6.1 a of Execu tive Order 9830, and at the request of the Motor Carrier Claims Commission, the Commission has decided that the position of confidential secretary to each member of the Commission should be excepted from the competitive service.
Effective upon publication in the F ed eral R egister , a new section is added to Part 6 as follows :
