942.1 Definitions. The following terms shall have the following mean ings:
a Act" means Public Act No. 10, 73d Congress, as amended and as re enacted and amended by the Agricul tural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended.

b War Food Administrator" means the W ar Food Administrator of the United States or any officer or employee of the United States who is or who may 1085
be authorized to exercise the powers and to perform the duties, pursuant to the act, of the War Food Administrator of the United States.

c New Orleans, Louisiana, market ing area, hereinafter called the mar keting area, means the cities, towns, and villages of New Orleans in Orleans Parish, Gretna, Westwego, Marrero, Harvey, Metairie, and Belle Chasse in Jefferson Parish, Poydras, St. Bernard, 1089

d Person means any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or any other business unit.
