CERTAIN AIRPORTS

Noncompliance with the requirements of 40.2611 b of the Civil Air Regula tions.
At a session of the Civil Aeronautics Board held at its office in Washington, D. C., on the 8th day of August, 1944.
The following Special Civil Air Regu lation is made and promulgated to be come effective August 8,1944:
