Effective ten day, after the filing of this document with t ie Federal Register Division, 32.2, 32.3 and 32.6 of Title 6, Code of Federal Regulations, are revoked.

Effective ten days after the filing of this document with the Federal Register Division, 32.1 of Title 6, Code of Federal Regulations, is amended to read as fol lows:
32.1 Application fees; payable with application. On each application a fee is charged as follows:
a Application for new loan, $10.00.
b Application for additional loan,
$ 10.00.

Where a reappraisal in connection with an application for a new loan, an additional loan, or the division of an existing loan, is required because of de lay of the applicant, or is made at the applicants request, a second fee is charged, computed as on the original application.
A single fee is charged on an appli cation applicable to single land bank or Land Bank Commissioner loans, or to joint land bank or Land Bank Commis sioner loans.
Each applicant will also be required to pay actual cash outlays for abstract ex penses, title insurance fees, notarial fees, recording fees, or other disbursements necessary for the completion of the transaction.
