By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:
1. The name of the Defense Commu nications Board, established by Execu tive Order No. 8546 o f September 24, 1940,1 is changed to Board of War Com munications.
2. Executive Orders Nos. 8546 of Sep tember 24, 1940, 8839 of July 30, 1941,"
8960 of December 6,1941, 8964 of Decem ber 10, 1941,4 and 9089 of March 6, 1942,6
and the Administrative Order of January 7,1941,8 are amended accordingly.

The last paragraph in 701.302 d is amended to read as follows:

In addition to the soil-building allow ance computed for the farm, 1 a fo r estry allowance of $15 may be earned only by planting forest trees; 2 a res toration land allowance of 50 cents per acre for each acre of restoration land on the farm may be earned only by car rying out approved soil-building prac tices on restoration land ; and 3 a tungorchard allowance of $3 per acre for bearing tung orchards and $5 per acre for non-bearing tung orchards, may be earned to the extent that soil-building practices designated by the Agricultural Adjustment Agency are carried out on the land in the tung orchards in excess of the amount computed under 3 above for bearing tung orchards.
