A Certificate, of Authority has been issued by the Secretary of the Treasury to the following company under the Act of Congress approved August 13, 1894, 28
Stat. 279-80, as amended by the Act of Congress approved March 23, 1910, 36
Stat. 241 U.S.C., title 6, secs. 6-13, as an acceptable surety on Federal bonds.
An underwriting limitation of $150,000
has been established for the company.
Further details as to the extent and lo calities with respect to which the com pany is acceptable as surety on Federal bonds will appear in the next issue of Treasury Department Form 356, copies of which, when issued, may be procured from the Treasury Department, Section of Surety Bonds, Washington, D. C.

5, No. 25, pp. 609-610, wherein the un dersigned was designated as Presiding Officer to conduct in the place of the Secretary the public hearing herein, such hearing to be in conformity with the Federal Food, Drug, And Cosmetic Act 52 Stat. 1040-1055; 21 UJ3.C. Supp. IV
