Sections 200 and 300 d of the Reg ulations and Conditions Governing the Issuance of Food Order Stamps Estab lishing the Eligibility of the Holders Thereof to Receive Agricultural Com modities or the Products Thereof and Providing for the Payment of Claims Made by Retailers of Such Commodities and Products, made and prescribed by the Secretary of Agriculture on April 21, 1939,1 as amended, and Section 100 d of the R e g u l a t i o n s and Conditions Governing the Issuance of Food Order Stamps to Persons in Low Income Groups in Shawnee, Oklahoma, Establishing the Eligibility of the Hold ers Thereof to Receive Agricultural Commodities or the Products Thereof and Providing for the Payment of Claims Made by Retailers of Such Com modities and Products, made and pre scribed by the Acting Secretary of Agri culture on October 14, 1939,2 as amended, are hereby further amended as follows:
