4 FR 3314, is amended to read as follows:
29.1 Loan application fees paya ble when application is filed.

Application for $10,100 to $25,000 on less than 1,000 acres________________

An additional charge o f $5.00 if the application includes irrigated land or land in a drainage district, or both, and the amount applied for is $5,000 or less.
An additional charge of $5.00 if the application includes irrigated land and the amount applied for is over $5,000.
An additional charge of $5.00 if the application includes land in a drainage district and the amount applied for is over $5,000.
An additional charge of $7.50 if the applicant lives outside the Ninth Farm Credit District.
If, after an inspection and investiga tion has been made by a Land Bank ap praiser, a loan is not granted, no refund of any portion of the above charges will be made.
