NOTICE OF HEARING
The Postmaster General having certi fied to the Civil Aeronautics Authority, pursuant to Section 401 n of the Act, th at the needs of the postal service re quire the transportation of mail by air craft between El Paso, Texas and Al buquerque, New Mexico, by way of Carls bad, Hobbs and Roswell, New Mexico, a public hearing will be held on August 17, 1939, at 10 oclock a. m. Mountain Standard Time at the Hotel Cortez, El Paso, Texas, before Examiner C. Ed ward Leasure, in order to determine whether such transportation of mail is required by the public convenience and necessity.
