ENLARGING THE TONGASS NATIONAL FOREST
WITHDRAWAL OP PUBLIC LAND FOR THE USE OF THE UNITED STATES
INDIAN SERVICE HOSPITAL
Alaska By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act o f June 25, 1910, ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act o f August 24, 1912, ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497, it is ordered as follows:
Sec. 1. Executive Order No. 6006 o f January 23,1933, with drawing and reserving a tract o f land identified as United States Survey No. 1946 fo r public use as a source of water for domestic purposes in the community of Unalaska, is hereby revoked.
S ec . 2. Subject to the conditions expressed in the abovementioned acts and to a ll valid existing rights, the tract of land described in section 1 of this order is hereby temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale or entry, and re served for use by the United States Indian Service Hospital at Unalaska.
S e c . 3. The reservation made by section 2 o f this order shall remain in force until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.

AGRICULTURE AS ADDITION TO AGRICULTURAL FIELD STATION
Oregon By virtue o f and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497, it is ordered that the following-described lands within the Uma tilla Federal Irrigation Project, Oregon, be, and they are hereby, tem porarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry, and reserved fo r the use of the Department of Agriculture as an addition to the existing agricultural field station.

Alaska B y virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 24 of the act of M arch 3, 1891, 26 Stat. 1095, 1103, as amended U. S. C., title 16, sec. 471, and the act o f June 4,1897, 30 Stat. 11, 34, 36 U . S. C title 16, sec 473, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agricul ture, it is ordered that, subject to valid existing rights, the tract o f public land in Alaska lying within the follow ingdescribed boundaries be, and it is hereby, included in and made a part of the Tongass National Forest:

Thence from said initial point, by metes and bounds, Northerly along the crest of the main divide between Lawson and Cowee Creeks, to corner No. 5, U. S. M ineral Survey No. 66-A, Boston Lode;
N. 4500 W ., 45.45 chains, along side lines of the Boston and New York Lodes to com er No. 6, U. S.
M ineral Survey No. 61, New York Lode;
N. 4609 E., 0.05 chains, along end line of New York Lode to com er No. 3, U. S. M ineral Survey No.
1072, Happy Jack Lode;
N. 4708 W., 22.64 chains, along side line o f Happy Jack Lode to com er No. 4, identical w ith com er No. 2, Gold Bullion Lode, U. S. Survey No. 1072;
N. 50 18 W., 22.73 chains, along side line o f Gold Bullion Lode to com er No. 3 thereof;
N. 5000 W., 191 chains, approxim ate bearing and distance, to com er No. 3, U. S. Survey No. 471, identical with corner No. 5, Juneau Elim ination;
