The Administrative Committee consists o f the Archivist or Acting Archivist, an officer of the Department o f Justice designated by the Attorney General, and the Public Printer or Acting Public Printer.
The daily issue of the F ederal R egister will be furnished by mail to subscribers, free of postage, for $1 per m onth or $10 per year;

after until further notice w ill be eighty cents $0.80 per acre fo r each irrigable acre o f land in each 40-acre subdivision fo r which application has been or is hereafter made, which w ill entitle the applicant to two 2 acre-feet of water, or so much thereof as may be necessary fo r beneficial use, fo r said season. Paym ent o f the minimum charge shall be made for thg entire irrigable area of each farm unit of public land entered under orders opening public land to entry dated M arch 3, 1926, November 9, 1926, M arch 23, 1931, M ay 2, 1932, and January 31, 1933, and fo r the entire irrigable area in each 40-acre subdivision o f private land for which appli cation has been made or is hereafter made. Said minimum charge w ill be made against each acre o f irrigable land whether or not water is used; shall be paid in advance on or before M ay 1, 1937, and no part of said charge w ill be refunded. Additional water w ill be furnished during said irrigation season at the rate o f fifty cents $0.50 per acrefoot, payable on December 1, 1937. W hen water-rental ap plication is submitted and approved after June 15, for public land entered under the reclam ation law, and after August 1
fo r land in private ownership, the minimum charge shall apply as a credit on the minimum charge fo r the follow ing irrigation season.
3. Penalty fo r non-paym ent. I f payment o f the minimum charge be not made, on or before M ay 1 and payment fo r additional water furnished be not made on or before Decem ber 1, as herein provided, there shall be added to the amount unpaid a penalty o f one-half o f one per centum thereof on the first day o f the third calendar month thereafter, and there shall be added a like penalty o f one-half of one per centum on the first day of each month thereafter so long as such default shall continue, and no water shall be delivered to the owner or entryman in subsequent years until a ll such charges and penalties have been paid in full.
