By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me To Collectors o f Customs and Others Concerned:

Act of June 17, 1902, 32 Stat. 388, as amended and supplemented S e p t e m b e r 21, 1936.
1. W ater rental. Irrigation water w ill be furnished upon a rental basis under approved applications for tem porary water service during the irrigation season of 1937 and there after until further notice to those lands in private owner ship and to those public lands opened under the orders opening public land to entry dated March 3, 1926, Novem ber 9, 1926, M arch 23, 1931, M ay 2, 1932, and January 31, 1933, against which assessments fo r water rental were not levied by the Midvale Irrig a tion D istrict in 1936.
