the designation of property located at 101 East 118th Street Block 1767, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 67, 68, 69, 71, 72, 168
and169 as an Urban Development Action Area; and
b.
an Urban Development Action Area Project for such area; and

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has scheduled the following public hearing on the matter indicated below:
