Alderman Burke moved to Suspend the Rules Temporarily to permit immediate consideration of and action upon the said proposed resolution. The motion Prevailed.
The following is said proposed resolution:
WHEREAS, On November 6, 2013, a convicted felon on parole for robbery asked to take his girlfriends seven-year-old daughter for a walk to buy pizza on the 8600 block of South Burnham Avenue; and
