LADIES AND GENTLEMEN - I transmit herewith a resolution awarding the Medal of Valor to Louis McCoy for his bravery in rescuing thirty-seven people from a fire on November 8,1990.
Your favorable consideration ofthis resolution will be appreciated.

Alderman Rush moved to Suspend the Rules Temporarily for the immediate consideration of and action upon the said proposed resolution. The motion Prevailed.
The following is said proposed resolution:
WHEREAS, Louis McCoy, a resident of Chicagos south side, was instrumental in saving thirty-seven people from a burning building on Thursday, November 8,1990; and
