This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of acequinocyl in or on tropical and subtropical, medium to large fruit, smooth, inedible peel subgroup 24B. The Interregional Project Number 4 IR4 requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act FFDCA.
DATES: This regulation is effective August 31, 2021. Objections and requests for hearings must be received on or before November 1, 2021, and must be filed in accordance with the SUMMARY:
