SUMMARY: The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive AD for certain Dassault Aviation Model FALCON 7X, FALCON 900EX, and FALCON 2000EX airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a report of an improper heat treatment process applied during the manufacturing of certain titanium screws. This proposed AD would require replacement of certain titanium screws, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency EASA AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference. The FAA
is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
DATES: The FAA must receive comments on this proposed AD by October 4, 2021.

20210047 also referred to as the Mandatory Continuing Airworthiness Information, or the MCAI, to correct an unsafe condition for certain Dassault Aviation Model FALCON 7X, FALCON
900EX, and FALCON 2000EX airplanes.
