In accordance with 14 CFR 39.19, send your request to your principal inspector or local Flight Standards District Office, as appropriate. If sending information directly to the manager of the certification office, send it to the attention of the person identified in Related Information.

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive AD for certain Pacific Aerospace Limited Model 750XL airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by mandatory

continuing airworthiness information MCAI originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as installation of the wing leading edge tank fuel pickup assembly in a pre-stressed condition, which could cause cracks in the wing spar web or the fuel pickup assembly pipe. This proposed AD would require inspecting the angle of the support bracket on the wing leading edge tank fuel pickup assembly and taking any necessary corrective actions. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
