that will be prepared to study the effects of a highway project under consideration for the Highway 67
corridor in Clay, Greene, Lawrence, and Randolph counties, Arkansas. This notice contains a summary of the information as required in the Council on Environmental Quality CEQ
National Environmental Policy Act NEPA regulations. This NOI should be reviewed together with the Supplementary NOI Information document which contains important details about the proposed project.
