vi Obstacles that individuals with disabilitiesincluding individuals with the most significant disabilities, students and youth with disabilities, members of traditionally unserved or underserved groups, and individuals in economically disadvantaged communitiesexperience in accessing VR services and other services and benefits under the Rehabilitation Act;
and vii The complementary roles of CAPs, State VR agencies, SRCs, community rehabilitation programs, WIOA core partners, and key stakeholders of the VR program and other services and programs authorized by the Rehabilitation Act, as amended by WIOA.
