Part 52, chapter I, title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations is proposed to be amended as follows:

The EPA believes this proposed action does not have potential disproportionately high and adverse human health or environmental effects on minority, low-income or indigenous populations. Through this action, the EPA is adding the erroneously omitted table to the CFR; it does not change any determination included in the FIP. This action does not remove any of the prior rules environmental or procedural protections.
