The NRTL Program staff will review all comments to the docket submitted in a timely manner and, after addressing the issues raised by these comments, will make a recommendation to the Assistant Secretary on whether to grant PTLs application for renewal. The Assistant Secretary will make the final decision on granting the application and, in making this decision, may undertake other proceedings prescribed in Appendix A to 29 CFR 1910.7.
OSHA will publish a public notice of this final decision in the Federal Register.

Notice of convening of IT
modernization public stakeholder committee.

ACTION:
The Library of Congress is convening a public committee to enhance communication and provide a public forum for the technology-related aspects of the U.S. Copyright Offices modernization initiative. At this time, the Library is announcing that it will accept applications from qualified members of the public to serve on this committee. The scope of contributions made by the committee are limited to the specific topics set forth in this notice. Membership will be on a volunteer basis, with the expectation of

DATES: The application period will be until March 15, 2021. The first meeting of the committee will be in early summer 2021, and meetings will continue twice a year for the duration of the Copyright Office IT modernization efforts, currently estimated to conclude at the end of fiscal year 2023. Meetings may be held by web conference as appropriate, and schedules are subject to change due to the evolving coronavirus pandemic.
