Boltless Steel Shelving Units Prepackaged for Sale From the Peoples Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order Enforcement and Compliance, International Trade Administration, Department of Commerce.
SUMMARY: As a result of this expedited sunset review, the Department of Commerce Commerce finds that revocation of the antidumping duty AD order on boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale boltless steel shelving from the Peoples Republic of China China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the Final Results of Review section of this notice.

2020, Commerce published the Notice of Initiation of the first sunset review of the antidumping duty order on boltless steel shelving from China pursuant to section 751c of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended the Act.2 On September 14, 2020, Commerce received a notice of intent to participate from Edsal Manufacturing Company Inc. the petitioner, a domestic producer of boltless steel shelving and the petitioner in the underlying investigation, within the deadline specified in 19 CFR
351.218d1i.3 The petitioner claimed domestic interested party status under section 7719C of the Act, as a manufacturer of a domestic like product in the United States.4 On September 30, 2020, the petitioner filed its timely substantive response within the 30-day deadline specified in 19 CFR
351.218d3i.5 Commerce received no substantive responses from any other interested parties with respect to the Order covered by this sunset review, nor was a hearing requested. Commerce received no comments on the adequacy of responses in this sunset review. As a result, pursuant to section 751c3B
of the Act and 19 CFR
351.218e1iiC2, Commerce is conducting an expedited 120-day sunset review of the Order.
