in excess of the most recently established farm share for the farm. In an area where personal production records of tenants are utilized, the farm base for any farm operated in 1958 by a tenant who has a personal accredited acreage record for at least one of the crop year 1055 through 1957 shall be computed by applying a formula to the personal ac credited acreage record of such tenant within the base period, or to a combina tion of such record and the record of the farm during the base period: Provided, That for any farm operated in 1958 by a tenant having personal accredited acre age record for any of the crop years 1955, 1956 or 1957 under a new producer share, the base shall be the most recent ac credited acreage for the farm most re cently operated by him during such years, but not in excess of the most recently established farm share for such farm:
