For the purposes of title I of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, as amended, average values of efficient fam ily-type farm-management units for the counties identified below are deter mined to be as herein set forth. The average values heretofore established for said counties, which appear in the tabu lations of average values under 311.29, Chapter III, Title 6 of the Cade of Fed eral Regulations, are hereby superseded by the average values set forth below for said counties.
