amended for all counties, effective be ginning with the 1955 crop year, as follows:
1. Paragraph b of 420.23 is deleted.
2. Section 420.24, as amended, is amended to read as follows:
420.24 Application for insurance.
Application for insurance on a form prescribed by the Corporation may be made by any person to cover his interest as landlord, owner-operator, tenant or sharecropper in all insurable crops in the county. For any crop year applications shall be submitted to the county office on or before the applicable dosing date set forth below which fellows the cancella tion date for such crop year:
