1. Effective upon publication in the
the Operations Manual for Federal Land Banks and the Manual for National Farm Loan Associations, which were the source of Parts 10, 11, and 19 of Title 6
of the Code of Federal Regulations, were revised and combined as two new man uals under the titles Federal Land Bank Manual and National Farm Loan Assotion Manual , such Parts 10,11, and 19 of Title 6 of the Code of Federal Regula tions are hereby revised in conformity with such new manuals to read as follows;
