518.301 General statement.
In order to encourage the exportation from the United States of dried apples, the Secretary of Agriculture, pursuant to the authority conferred by section 32
of Public Law 320, 74th Congress, as amended, hereby announces a Dried Apple Export Program, pursuant to which he will make payments upon the terms and conditions set forth in 518.302 to 518.320, inclusive, to United States exporters who comply therewith.
