Under the authority of the Trading With the Enemy Act, as amended, Exec utive Order 9193, as amended, and Exec utive Order 9788, and pursuant to law, after investigation, it is hereby found:
1. That Adolf Pfeiffer, whose last known address is Germany, is a resident of Germany and a national of a desig nated enemy country Germany;
2. That the net proceeds due or to be come due under a contract of insurance evidenced by policy No. 8,193,464, issued by the New York Life Insurance Com pany, New York, New York, to Adolf Pfeiffer, together with the right to de mand, receive and collect said net pro ceeds, is property within the United States owned or controlled by, payable or de liverable to, held on behalf of or on ac-.
count of, or owing to, or which is evidence of ownership or control by, the aforesaid national of a designated enemy country Germany;
and it is hereby determined:
3. That to the extent that the person named in subparagraph 1 hereof is not within a designated enemy country, the national interest of the United States requires that such person be treated as a national of a designated enemy coun try Germany.
All determinations and all action re quired by law, including appropriate consultation and certification, having been made and taken, and, it being deemed necessary in the national in terest, There is hereby vested in the Attorney General of the United States the prop erty described above, to be held, used, administered, liquidated, sold or other wise dealt with in the interest of and for the benefit of the United States.

1. That Anton Anthony Ruprecht, whose last known address is Germany, is a resident of Germany and a national of a designated enemy country Germany;
2. That the domiciliary personal rep resentatives, heirs, next of kin, legatees and distributees, names unknown, of Frieda Ruprecht, deceased, who there is reasonable cause to believe are residents of Germany, are nationals of a desig nated enemy country Germany;
3. That the net proceeds due or to be come due under a contract of insurance evidenced by policy No. 96 807 483, is sued by the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, New York, New York, to Frieda Ruprecht, together with the right to de mand, receive and collect said net pro ceeds, is property within the United States owned or controlled by, payable or de liverable to, held on behalf of or on account of, or owing to, or which is evi dence of ownership or control by, the aforesaid nationals of a designated enemy country Germany;
and it is hereby determined:
4. That to the extent that the person named in subparagraph 1 hereof and the domiciliary personal representatives, heirs, next of kin, legatees and distribu tees, names unknown, of Frieda Rup recht, d e c e a s e d , are not within a designated enemy country, the national interest of the United States requires th at such persons be treated as nationals of a designatedenemy country Ger many.

and it is hereby determined:
