The words Secretary of the Army are substituted for the words Secretary of War wherever the latter words occur in such order or in the title thereof.

Secretary of War and the Governor of the Panama Canal To Perform Certain T ransfer of Certain B usiness Opera Functions Relating to the Panama Canal tions , F acilities and Appurtenances and the Canal Zone,, is hereby amended F rom the P anama C anal to the P anama as follows :
