in accordance with section 4 of the Trade Agreements Act, as amended, the views of interested persons with regard to any proposed trade agreement to be con cluded under the said Act shall be pre sented. The Committee for Reciprocity Information shall consist of the same members as the Trade Agreements Com mittee or their alternates. A member or alternate from the Tariff Commission shall be the Chairman of the Committee for Reciprocity Information.
