Based upon the September 15, 1947, parity for hogs, the following provision is hereby substituted for the correspond ing provision relating to the level and period of support of hogs in announce ments heretofore made:
9.1 Hogs. The support price for good and choice barrow and gilt butcher hogs for the period October 1, 1947, through March 31, 1948, shall average, on an annual basis with seasonal varia tions, $16.15 per hundred pounds at Chi cago with appropriate differentials for other markets. On September 20, 1947, notice of pro posed rule making was published in the F ederal R egister 12 F . R . 6296 regard ing the proposed issuance of United States Consumer Standards for Potatoes.
After consideration of all relevant m at ters présentai, including the proposals set forth in the aforesaid notice, the folowing United States Consumer Stand ards for Potatoes are hereby promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the Depart Agriculture Appropriation Act, 1948 Pub. Law 266, 80th Cong., 1st Sess., approved July 30, 1947 :
