Chapter IXProduction and Marketing Administration Marketing Agreements and Orders P art 912M il k in th e D ubuque , I owa , M arketing A rea ORDER SUSPENDING CERTAIN PROVISION
Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended 7 U.S.C. 601 et seq., hereinafter referred to as the act, and of the order, as amended, regulating the handling of milk in the Dubuque, Iowa, marketing area 7 CFR, Cum. Supp., 912.0 et seq.; 11 F.R. 6525, it is hereby determined that the inclusion of the plant of the Dean Milk Company at Belvidere, Illinois, in the list of plants set forth in J 912.6 a 5 of said order, as amended, no longer tends to effectuate the declared policy of the act.
It is, therefore, ordered, That the words Dean Milk Company, Belvidere, Illinois, be and aré hereby suspended from the list of plants contained in 912.6 á 5
of said order, as amended, effective 12:01

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Agricultural lilarketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended 7 U.S.C. 601 et seq., hereinafter referred to as the act, and of the order, as amended, reg ulating the handling of milk in the Omaha-Council Bluffs, marketing area 8 F.R. 4684, 8294; U F. R. 4599, it is hereby determined that the inclusion of Uie plant of the Dean Milk Company at Belvidere, Illimois, in the list of plants set forth in 935.6 d of said order, as
amended, no longer tends to effectuate the declared policy of the act.
It is, therefore, ordered, That the words Dean Milk Company, Belvidere, Illi nois, be and are hereby suspended from the list of plants contained in 935.6 d of said order, as amended, effective 12: 01
