Pursuant to the provisions of section 302 of the Sugar Act of 1937, as amended,, the following determination is hereby issued:
802.46g Proportionate shares for sugarcane farms in Puerto Rico for the 1946-47 crop. The proportionate share for each farm in Puerto Rico for the 1946-47 crop shall be the amount of sugar, raw value, commercially recov erable from sugarcane grown on such farm and marketed or processed by the producer for the extraction of sugar during the 1946-47 crop season.
