Correction In Federal Register Document 452152, appearing at page 1585 of the issue for Wednesday, February 7, 1945, the headnote of 414.1 should read Avail ability of wheat crop insurance. The last sentence of 414.13 should read as follows:
The wheat crop shall be deemed to have been substantially destroyed if the Corporation determines that it has been so badly damaged that farmers gener ally in the area where the farm is located and on whose Farms similar damage oc curred would not further care for the crop or harvest any portion thereof.
