ADMINISTRATION

27.501 Authority. The Director of Distribution, War Food Administration, is charged with the administration of the provisions of the act and the regula tions in this part and is authorized to issue such instructions as he may deem proper and necessary.
27.502 Laboratories. Laboratories shall be maintained at points designated by the Director of Distribution.
