The A ttorney G eneral:
I submit herewith an amended recom mendation of the Director of the Office 18 P.R. 4815.
of Defense Transportation concerning the formulation of certain joint action plans by common carriers of property by motor vehicle.2
For the purposes of section 12 of Pub lic Law No. 603, 77th Congress 56 Stat.
357, I approve the recommendation as amended; and after consultation with you, I hereby find and so certify to you that the doing of any act or thing, or the Supra-
omission to do any act or thing, by any person in compliance with such amended recommendation or any order issued pursuant thereto requiring any of the joint actions specified therein is requisite to the prosecution of the war.
