rtHe. of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, and as Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, it is ordered as follows:
p ie r e is hereby established the Wom? orps Service Medal, which include suitable appurtenances, such medal may be awarded, under such regulations as the Secretary of War may prescribe, to members of the Womens Army Corps for honorable service per formed by them in the Womens Army Auxiliary Corps.
