Pursuant to the authority vested in the Secretary of Agriculture under sections 7 to 17, inclusive, of the Soil Conserva tion and Domestic Allotment Act, as amended, the 1943 Agricultural Conser vation Program,1 as amended, is further amended as follows:
Section 701.404 is amended by delet ing the words Agricultural Conserva tion and Adjustment Administration wherever they appear therein, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words Agricultural Adjustment Agency."
