The President S etting A side C ertain L ands for N a tional M onument P urposes to be A dministered as P art of the O cmulgee N ational M onument G eorgia BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA

A P R O C LA M A TIO N
W HEREAS it appears that certain lands adjoining the Lamar Unit o f the Ocmulgee N a t i o n a l Monument in Georgia, which have been donated to the United States, contain evidence of an old Indian stockade and other objects of historical interest; and W HEREAS it appears that it would be in the public interest to set such lands aside for national monument purposes:
NOW, THEREFORE, I, F R A N K L IN D.
ROOSEVELT, President of the United States of America, under and by virtue of the authority vested in me by sec tion 2 of the act of June 8,1906, ch. 3060, 34 Stat. 225 U.S.C., title 16, sec. 431, do proclaim that the following-described lands in Bibb County, Georgia, are hereby Set aside for national monument purposes and shall be administered as a part of the Ocmulgee National Monu ment:
Beginning at a concrete monument mark ing the southeast comer of the Lamar Unit of the Ocmulgee National Monument from which the most easterly comer of Macon City Limits in the center of Ocmulgee River bears approximately North 3130 West 8560 feet, more or less; thence South 7830 West 1500.0
feet along the south boundary of the Lamar Unit to the southwest comer thereof; thence South 1130 East 290.4 feet; thence North 67 32 East 1527.85 feet to the point of be ginning, containing 5 acres, more or less.

Warning is hereby expressly given to all unauthorized persons not to appro priate, injure, destroy, or remove any part or feature of this monument, and not to locate or settle upon any o f the lands thereof.
The Director of the National Park Service, under the direction of the Secre tary of the Interior, shall have the su pervision, management, and control of
the monument as provided in the act of Congress entitled An act to establish a National Park Service, and for other pur poses, approved August 25,1916, 39 Stat.
535 U.S.C., title 16, secs. 1 and 2, and acts supplementary thereto or amenda tory thereof.
IN W ITN E SS WHEREOF, I have here unto set my hand and caused the seal of the United States to be affixed.
DONE at the City of Washington this 13th day of June in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and forty-one, seal and of the Independence of the United States o f America the one hundred and sixty-fifth.

vised Statutes of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:
S ection 1. AH employees in the ex ecutive civil service of the Government whose fingerprints are not new on file in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice, or in the agency in which they are employed, are hereby required to be fingerprinted in accord ance with tlie procedure established by the head of the department or agency in which they are employed.
S ection 2. Before any original ap pointment or reinstatement is made to a position in the executive civil service of the Government, the person concerned shall be fingerprinted in accordance with
