LIQUIDATION OR PREPAYMENT FEES

Part 25 of Title 6, Code of Federal Regulations, is amended by adding the following section:
25.5 Liquidation or prepayment fees. The following fees are charged for the prepayment of Land Bank loans:
a Full payments. If the loan has been outstanding for five years or more and the payment is received between installment dates, interest at the rate currently borne by the loan to the next installment date or for six months, whichever is the lesser. If the loan has been outstanding for less than five years, interest at the rate currently borne by the loan to the next installment date or for six months, whichever is the lesser, and, in addition thereto, one per cent per annum for the remainder of the five year period, of the original amount of the loan less any extra or special pay ments.
b Special partial payments on prin cipal. If the loan has been outstanding for five years or more and the payment is received between installment dates, interest on the amount paid at the rate 1 3 P R . 2099.
