Whereas, H. A. Wallace, Secretary of Agriculture of the United States, issued, effective May 1, 1936, Order No. 5 1 regu lating the handling of milk in the Pall River, Massachusetts, Marketing Area, which order was amended April 1, 1937;
and Whereas, the Secretary has deter mined to suspend said order, as amended;
Now, therefore, H. A. Wallace, Secre tary of Agriculture of the United States, pursuant to the powers conferred upon the Secretary by Public Act No. 10, 73d Congress, as amended and as reenacted and amended by the Agricultural Mar keting Agreement Act o f 1937, hereby suspends, effective as of 11:59 p. m., e. s. t. May 31, 1940, the aforementioned Order No. 5, as amended, regulating the handling of milk in the Pall River, Mas sachusetts, Marketing Area.
In witness whereof, H. A. Wallace, Sec retary of Agriculture of the United States, has executed this suspension in duplicate and caused the official seal of the Depart ment of Agriculture to be affixed hereto in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, this 28th day of May 1940.
